InSummit journey

The journey toward InSummit is designed as a collaborative process, built on an ongoing dialogue with the community and the active involvement of its key stakeholders.

Through a series of interviews with influential voices from across the ecosystem, the initiative gathers ideas, experiences, and perspectives that will form the foundation of the second volume in BIP's publishing series, Visioni del Futuro, published by Il Mulino. This process further strengthens the initiative's cultural value and participatory approach.

The journey also includes a series of dedicated events, conceived as hands-on working sessions where the community comes together to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate. These moments enable participants to actively shape the content and strategic direction of the final BIP InSummit, taking place in October.

All events

Launch eventThis is where it all began. A community of CEOs, C-suite executives, thought leaders, and academics came together to launch the journey that would lead to the creation of the second volume in the series. The first gathering served to align perspectives, spark meaningful conversations, and—before the day was over—collectively choose the book's title, establishing the central theme that would guide all the work to come.
Ideate eventA full-day generative workshop brought the community together in a structured, collaborative setting, combining discussion, synthesis, and co-design. Participants took on the role of true co-authors, working together to identify the most relevant themes that would shape the next stages of the editorial journey. Building on the insights gathered through a series of in-depth interviews conducted between the two sessions, a set of key thematic areas emerged. These themes were further developed during the workshop and will form the foundation of the book's chapters.
Test eventFollowing the drafting of the chapters, the community—now comprising more than 150 members—came together once again to review, discuss, and respond to the manuscript. The book's content was presented and tested through direct dialogue with the very people who had helped shape it. This crucial step provided an opportunity to validate key ideas, refine the narrative, and bring the manuscript to its final form.
Teasing eventIn the lead-up to the Venice event, the key contributors to the journey come together in Milan and Rome to connect, exchange ideas, and prepare for what's ahead. These gatherings provide an opportunity to share perspectives, discover the latest developments, and spark engaging conversations that help shape the discussions at InSummit Venice.
InSummit VeniceLike the previous edition, InSummit is the culmination of a shared journey of reflection and co-creation, establishing itself as a leading forum for exploring the forces reshaping business and society. The October event will feature a dynamic, highly interactive format, combining breakout sessions and collaborative workshops with plenary discussions and keynote addresses from leading thought leaders. The programme will also include dedicated networking opportunities and evening entertainment, culminating in the launch of the second volume in BIP's publishing series with Il Mulino.
